This is my second truck bought from Vern Laures Dealership and my family has done business there since Mr. Vern Laures was a young man starting out! The Sales department is excellent! They found the exact trucks I wanted and even sent me a rebate that I wasn't aware I had coming!

"SUPER nice and nonpressuring"

When my husband and I stopped in we were met by one of the owners who directed us to Dan who talked with us about a vehicle. Everyone there was SUPER nice and nonpressuring. We loved that we were able to accept or decline an offer with no pressure.

"No charge for the diagnostic visit"

Was having some electrical issues with my vehicle so scheduled an appointment to have my car hooked up to the computer. Car was there for an hour and a half and at the end of the visit I was told the computer didn't show any fault codes. When I went to pay my bill I was told there would be no charge for my visit.

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

If you find yourself stranded on the highway like our customer Jim Anderson did, call us right away. We'll send a tow truck and provide a loaner vehicle if needed.

"I had to have some emergency repair work done on my pickup. I broke down on the highway just outside of New Hampton. I called Laures and they sent a tow truck immediately. After diagnosing the issues, they provided a loaner vehicle and we were on our way. Great staff to work with. Thank you." - Jim Anderson

"The mechanic didn't move my seat!"

Pretty good service, made the appointment in late morning for a 2pm oil change, tire rotation. Got there a bit early and had my gladiator back by about 2:45. 80 bucks for the oil change, 10 for the rotation I think is pretty fair for being out of warranty. Everyone was nice and friendly. Best part was the mechanic didn't move my seat!!

Excellent service; Donald worked very hard to find a truck to replace the one I was buying privately. They were able to do much of the paperwork over the phone and the title and purchase went very smoothly. Professional, kind, customer-oriented.
